Been doing this for years in Vancouver, and honestly? The cookie-cutter stuff never sat right with us. We got into this because there's something special about watching steel beams catch morning light, or seeing how a space can completely change how people work and live.

One of our recent commercial builds in Vancouver's industrial district. The client wanted something that honored the area's manufacturing history but felt fresh. We went with exposed I-beams, floor-to-ceiling glass, and this insane natural light system that changes the whole vibe throughout the day.
Took about 18 months from concept to completion, but watching it come together? That's the stuff that keeps us going.
