WE ARE
Started this whole thing back in 2018 when three of us realized we were tired of designing the same glass boxes everyone else was churning out. We wanted something different - raw, honest, spaces that actually feel like they belong in their environment.
Our studio's built on the idea that industrial doesn't have to mean cold. Steel and concrete can be warm when you know how to work with light, texture, and yeah... a bit of grit. We're based in Vancouver but our projects have taken us across Canada and beyond.
What sets us apart? We actually spend time on-site. Not just during construction - we're talking demo days, material sourcing trips to salvage yards, late nights figuring out how to save a building everyone else said wasn't worth it. That's just how we roll.

Spent 12 years working for big firms before breaking out. Got my start in industrial restoration projects - there's something about bringing old factories back to life that just clicked. These days I'm obsessed with how natural light interacts with raw materials.

Design Director
I'm the one who makes sure our 'bold visions' don't collapse or bankrupt our clients. Background in structural engineering means I can tell Marcus when his ideas are actually impossible (happens more than he'd admit). Love solving puzzles nobody else wants to touch.
Jamal Baptiste
Urban Design Lead
Urban regeneration's my thing. Grew up in East Van watching neighborhoods change - some for better, some for worse. Now I get to help shape those changes. If a project doesn't make sense for the community around it, I'm gonna say something.
Our Philosophy
Every building's got a story - the site, the materials, the people who'll use it. Our job isn't to impose some signature style. It's about listening to what's already there and responding honestly. Sometimes that means industrial steel frames, sometimes it means salvaging century-old brick. Always means doing work we're proud of.
